Who: The judge for the 2010 EDGE Poetry Contest is poet Suzanne Roberts, author of the collections "Nothing to You" and "Shameless."
What: Submit your best work exploring the edge: life on the edge, or what keeps you from going over.
When: Deadline: November 15th, 2009
Why: The winner will receive $500 and publication in EDGE IV. Five honorable mentions will be listed, and will receive a copy of the journal.
How much: The entry Fee is $15 for three poems

Edge is a literary journal published each winter featuring provocative fiction, poetry, essays, and art. We appreciate a variety of styles and our tastes are very eclectic. We strongly recommend reading a past issue of EDGE.
• Submissions accepted through November 15, 2009
• Send up to three poems
• Contributors receive one issue of the journal
• Simultaneous submissions are okay; please label as such and let us know if your piece is accepted elsewhere
• We are currently accepting submission via email ONLY. Please identify “EDGE Poetry Award Submission” in subject line
• Submissions must be attached as a Word doc
• Winners will be announced December 1, 2009
